Our team will work with you to ensure that your patients receive the right care from the right providers—as soon as possible. If you have a surgeon or specialist in mind, please let our office know.
After your patients answer a series of questions about the nature of their symptoms, our team will decide on a course of action. A nurse navigator will contact your patient to discuss a proposed plan. This nurse navigator will communicate directly with you and your patient to coordinate diagnostics, appointments, treatments, and therapy. Throughout your patient’s treatment, our nurse navigator will keep in touch with you to update you on their progress.
