Unity Care at Home - Home Delivered Meals and Companion Services Wouldn't it be nice if someone delivered a hot meal to your door or helped you with grocery shopping and errands? Each week Unity's Care at Home program delivers more than 1,000 nutritious meals and provides a daily check-in to the elderly, homebound, and disabled.
You can rely on a friendly, dependable team of bonded, insured Unity professionals to provide first-rate customer care and service. All of our Care at Home employees are screened and maintain the highest standards of integrity.
Unity’s meal delivery program can:
- Deliver up to two meals per day, which includes a drink, a freshly-prepared meal, and a dessert
- Check in each day, giving peace of mind to family members who can’t always be there
*There is no minimum on the number of meals an individual can receive.
Pricing:
- $8.75 (includes tax and delivery) for one hot or cold meal
- $15.15 (includes tax and delivery) for one hot/one cold per day
- Sliding scale rates are available to those who qualify
