Overlooking a scenic pond on the Unity Park Ridge Campus, Park Ridge Commons offers 50 one-bedroom subsidized apartments. Five of the housing units are wheelchair accessible and all have a kitchen, living/dining area, and full bath. There is also a centrally-located laundry facility, on-site maintenance, security, a utility allowance, and a community room for resident activities. Shopping, banking, and restaurants are nearby.

Resch Commons, located on the Parkway Health Care Campus, has 55 one-bedroom subsidized housing units in a quaint country setting. Five of the units are wheelchair accessible and each has a kitchen, living/dining room, and full bath. Amenities include a utility allowance, on-site maintenance and laundry room, and security. What's more, a centrally-located community room is available for all residents. Resch Commons is convenient to Lake Ontario State Parkway.
