Medical Adult Day Programs For individuals with medically-complex needs, Unity Adult Day Services provide comprehensive medical, social, and rehabilitation services, in addition to therapeutic recreational activities.
Services
- On-site nursing service and medications administration by an R.N. (except IV therapy)
- Maintenance and rehab-level physical and occupational therapy programs
- Speech therapy
- Recreational and socialization activities
- Counseling and support groups
- Mental health services
- Hot lunch and snacks
- Personal care, including shower, assistance with bathroom needs and assistance with mobility, provided by certified nursing assistants
- Assistance with transportation
Unity Adult Day Services at Park Ridge
Hours: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
Located on the Unity Hospital Campus adjacent to the Park Ridge Living Center, most participants need nursing home-level care during the day, and typically receive home care services during non-program hours. Unity Adult Day Services at Park Ridge also specializes in serving adults with developmental disabilities.

Located on the Parkway Health Care Campus adjacent to the Edna Tina Wilson Living Center, this program serves people with medical needs resulting from neurological and neuromuscular conditions including traumatic brain injury as well as medical needs related to other chronic illnesses. Many of our registrants are under age 65.
