Our Consumer Price Information Line is available for patients who have questions about the cost of services or procedures they will receive at Unity Hospital. If you lack health insurance or have insurance that requires you to meet a deductible or make a co-payment, the Consumer Price Information Line can be a helpful planning tool.
To obtain information regarding the cost of services or procedures you will receive at Unity Hospital, please call 585-368-6226 Monday thru Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (messages left after hours will be returned the next business day).
An estimate of your out-of-pocket costs will be provided to you within two (2) business days. We can also discuss payment plan and discount options with you.
