Contract or Private Physicians
Unity Hospital contracts with private health care providers to perform certain services in the hospital. They include, but are not limited to private physicians, radiologists, anesthesiologists, and lab pathologists. Please contact the private health care providers to confirm their participation with your health insurance company. Contact information for these providers is available by clicking here.
Requesting financial assistance/charity care
If you cannot afford to pay for part or all of your essential health care services, you may be eligible for Unity's Charity Care program. We also offer financial assistance for insured patients who need help paying deductibles, co-pays and coinsurance.
