The Prepared Childbirth Class will teach you more than the ABC's of labor. Through the series, you will develop confidence and the ability to relax. You will receive tools to help you face the challenge of childbirth, and have the positive birth experience you desire. Topics include the last trimester of pregnancy, labor, delivery, postpartum, and infant care.

This six week series is recommended for those who are having their first baby or those who have not attended childbirth classes before. A Prenatal Breastfeeding Class is included.
