Unity Guardian Angel Program
 Did a doctor, nurse, other staff member, or volunteer make a difference in your care or the care of a loved one at Unity Health System? Here’s a special way for you to say thanks while supporting the services at Unity at the same time.
Unity Health Foundation’s Guardian Angel Program allows grateful patients and family members the opportunity to support Unity Health System while paying tribute to their special caregiver – the individual or group of individuals who made the difference in their visit or stay at Unity Hospital or medical office.
Your Guardian Angel will receive the following:
- A letter from the Foundation informing the caregiver that a gift has been made in his/her honor.
- A Guardian Angel lapel pin to wear proudly.
- Acknowledgement in InUnison, the Foundation’s newsletter, and other Unity publications and communications.
You can recognize your Guardian Angel today! Simply click here, enter your name and the name of the caregiver you would like to thank, and choose a donation amount. Funds raised through the Guardian Angel program and other Unity Foundation efforts are used to expand and improve Unity Health System services and programs. Thank you!
