Send a Greeting

You can use this tool to send a card to a patient at Unity Hospital. Simply choose a card design, type your message in the box, choose a font and size, then fill out the information requested. Click on the button to preview your card. Follow the instructions to send your card. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you, and your card will be printed and delivered to your loved one by our volunteer staff.
