Unity Health System offers many community-based outreach programs for the vulnerable and at-risk residents in the communities we serve. All of our services are provided in a caring and compassionate manner. These programs provide a variety of services to individuals including primary health and dental care, referrals, education, nutrition counseling, prenatal services, job training, and housing.
