As a shahbaz, you’ll enjoy competitive pay, more responsibility, and more opportunities to make a difference in people’s lives. You’ll provide high-quality care for elders as part of a unique community at Park Ridge Living Center’s new Wegman Family Cottages.

Working in a team-oriented environment, you’ll assist elders with daily living activities in independent, home-like “neighborhoods” within the Cottages. You’ll offer with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and social activities.

To become a shahbaz, you must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (if you haven’t already earned your C.N.A., Unity offers free training!). In addition, you’ll complete a separate two-week training course centered on the enhanced duties of this exclusive position.
