Party-while-you-sweat at the calorie-burning Zumba party!
Grab a co-worker and get moving! Class is every Thursday at 5:30 p.m. from January 17 - May 16.
*Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.
*Restrooms are available if you need to change your clothing.
*Bring your own water and a towel.
*All participants must be current employees and at least 18 years old.
*No registration necessary - class is first come, first serve for up to the 75 partying participants.
*All participants will sign a medical release and liability waiver at the beginning of their first class.
*Upon entering Unity Chemical Dependency, please silence cell phones and go directly to the Activity Center.
