Learn about the Vegan diet at this fun, interactive cooking class.
Attend four, 2-hour sessions and learn about the benefits of a vegan diet, including:
* Weight reduction
* Improved cholesterol and triglycerides
* Improved diabetes control
* Possible risk reduction for heart disease
Class dates are: January 23, 30, February 6 adn 13.
Unity employees who complete all four classes are eligible for a 50% reimbursement on the enrollment fee.
The class is led by Registered Dietitians and Certified Diabetes Educators.
