Fitness Classes

Thrive offers a variety of free and low class fitness and relaxation classes for all Rochester Regional Health employees and volunteers including Yoga, Pilates, spinning, aerobics and much more. Classes are offered at various Legacy Unity campuses and at the Riedman Wellness Center.

Try a Yoga Class

Senior Systems Analyst Marie Wolfanger was initially intimidated about taking Yoga but she was motivated to increase her flexibility and get rid of some nagging aches. She started taking the Beginning Yoga class in September and four months later she wants to encourage others to find what she has found.  She said, "I am as inflexible as they come, but I continue to see noticeable improvements in my posture and range of motion."
