Nurse navigator
Your personal spine care advocate
From the first call about your treatment plan to your follow-up visits, your nurse navigator will help you find your way through your entire treatment plan. Your nurse navigator makes sure that you’re getting the right care from the right providers—and that it’s working for you. We also take a proactive approach to helping you manage your symptoms.

- Neurology/Physiatry (M.D. who specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation)
The team is led by Mary L. Dombovy, M.D., medical director of the Spine Center at Unity Hospital. Dr. Dombovy’s specialties are Neurology and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation,. She holds certifications from the American Board of Neurology (ABN) and American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR).
