Unity Health System Offers New Housing Options for Seniors

The Villages at Unity has begun a program for seniors who live in warmer climates during the winter months and come home to the Rochester community for the warmer seasons.

The new “Snowbird Program” allows residents to select a furnished or unfurnished apartment for a long or short term stay, and choose amenities that fit their needs and lifestyle.

With a minimum three month stay, the Snowbird Program allows resident to rent an apartment year round, with a reduced monthly rate while they’re away.

Like other year-round residents of The Villages at Unity, residents will have easy access to Unity Health System’s services and Unity Hospital, as well as many social and life enrichment activities, including educational classes, fitness sessions, and games.

For more information about this Snowbird Program or other program options, call The Villages at Unity at (585) 723-7442.
