Unity Health System Awards Scholarships to Local Students
Rochester, N.Y. (May 5, 2011) – Unity Health System announced today the recipients of its 2011 Nursing Scholarship Program. The scholarships are awarded to high school seniors intending to pursue an R.N. degree. A total of six scholarships, $1,000 each, will be awarded to the following students who have been accepted into a four-year nursing program and are graduating in 2011:
· Natalie Allen, Greece Olympia High School
· Nicoletta Lattuca, Spencerport High School
· Megan Maffett, Spencerport High School
· Tonilyn Luciano, Greece Olympia High School
· Marisa DiMarco, Gates-Chili High School
· Brieanna Marie Bradford, Greece Arcadia High School
A reception to honor the 2011 Nursing Scholarship Award winners will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2011, at 6 p.m., at Unity Hospital.
