Sign up for our pre-op class
Your surgeon strongly recommends you and your "coach" attend this dynamic information session prior to your joint replacement surgery. If you have not received your invitation, please feel free to attend any Monday session.
Why attend?
You and your coach will meet the orthopaedic program staff and fellow joint replacement patients who will be having surgery too. This is an opportunity to learn about what to expect from day of surgery to well after you are home. And most importantly, all of your questions will be answered putting your concerns to rest.
Classes are held each Monday from 2 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Sign up today.
Please fill out our Surgical Assessment Form and bring it with you.
Surgical pretesting
Now that your surgery is scheduled, you will receive by mail important information on surgical pretesting. This appointment is very important, you will be seen by a hospitalist and physicians assistant at your pretesting appointment. Remember to bring any current medications with you, in their original container. Please refer to the personal medicine list form of the patient guidebook. We look forward to seeing you for your appointment.
Please complete our Surgical Pretesting Patient Questionnaire before your appointment. |
