Diabetes Exercise Program


Put some PEP in your step! Exercise isn't really the hard part – it’s getting started. We get it. Here’s something that will help you start and stick to an enjoyable exercise routine. It’s our Preventive Exercise Program (P.E.P.), designed to help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight for managing diabetes.

Exercise promotes overall well-being and longevity, and its benefits include:
