Hi anonymous,
I think you are asking about getting a blood sugar meter. If you have diabetes you may want to check with your doctor for a prescription for a blood sugar meter, test strips and lancets. That way your insurance provider may provide full or partial coverage for the meter and supplies (test strips and lancets). You also have the option of purchasing a blood sugar meter and supplies directly from a store pharmacy (a great option for those who do not have insurance coverage) who may carry less expensive meters that also work well. Walgreens, Walmart and Wegmans, to name a few, all carry store brand meters. You can check with the pharmacist for more info on their meter. Best of luck.
