Hello Anonymous

Glucose levels can be changed with diet and exercise. A meal plan low in fat, high fiber and limited carbohydrates can effect the blood glucose. Exercise helps move the glucose into the muscle cells where enrgy is needed. A weight loss of 7 to 10% can also effect the blood sugar. If you have been told you have Pre Diabetes diet, exercise and losing 7 to 10% of body weight will lower your risk of Diabetes. Thanks for the question.
