2015 Eligibility Rules
Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week: Eligible for all available benefit plans.
Employees scheduled to work less than 20 hours per week: May participate in the 403(b) or 401(k) Plan and the Pension Plan (if hours requirement is met).

Enrolling in Benefits
You can enroll in or change your benefits at the following times:
1. New Employee: As a new employee you are eligible for most benefits on the first day of the month following your hire or date. You must enroll within 30-days of your hire date.

2. Open Enrollment
: Each fall during the annual Open Enrollment period. (Changes take effect on January 1 of the following year.)
3. Change in Status
: During the year in the event of a change in your job status (full-time /part-time) or in your personal or family status, known as a “qualifying event.”
