Rochester Regional Health
2015 Unity Benefits Program

Note: For 2016 benefits information, go to myrochealth.com/benefits.

At Rochester Regional Health, we're pleased to offer a variety of benefits to choose from, so you can get the coverage that best suits the needs of you and your family members. Take the time to learn about the options - the right combination of benefits can save you money, and help protect you and your family in good times and bad.

Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week: Eligible for all available benefit plans.

Employees scheduled to work less than 20 hours per week: May participate in the 403(b) or 401(k) Plan and the Pension Plan (if hours requirement is met).

Choose Wisely; Protect Yourself & Your Family

There is no one size fits all benefits package, which is why we provide a range of options. It is important that you take the time both as a new hire and on an annual basis to review your choices and make sure you select the benefits that best meet your health and financial needs.
